When Everything Feels Off
- Joss Tennent
Lately, many are feeling ungrounded. Like we're in a washing machine, tumbling endlessly with the debris and muck of everything happening around us.
You might be asking: What is mine and what isn't? Where am I going? How do I find clarity? What is even real anymore?
It's impacting your sleep, your relationships, your work, and your sense of purpose. The usual coping mechanisms aren't working. The old connections feel frayed. The old patterns are shifting, leaving you uprooted, struggling to find which way is up, down, or sideways.
Here's a truth: You're not meant to fit into that framework anymore.
For years, you may have grounded yourself in the "washing machine" of others' issues, navigating through a fog of collective belief systems and old structures. That fog helped you survive, but it has also masked the real you.
Now, you are being invited into a deeper, truer version of yourself. One that anchors not in the chaos, but in the Heart.
Why does this feel weird? It feels strange because your survival system—the part of you that knows how to navigate the fog—doesn't yet know how to connect to this heart-based version of you. It's trying to protect you from the unknown.
So, please be gentle with it.
Gift yourself some time for this: Pause. Breathe. Place your hand on your heart. Connect to your heart space - perhaps imagine breathing into it. If it feels weird or fearful, simply acknowledge it. These feelings are simply old patterns attempting to keep you in the familiar fog. They are not the truth of who you are.
We are currently deep in the writing of our new book, dedicated to helping you navigate from this fog into a life led by heart wisdom. We are uncovering the power of anchoring in your own authentic frequency.
